Wonderful

Location, apartment, rooftop garden were all excellent. It was very close to central attractions and also close to a quelt neighborhood and all was all easily walkable

The elevator didn't work if other guests didn't close the door. At first this wasn't a problem, and there were three days when elevator wasn't consistently available.

Perfect location in a very comfortable, roomy apartment.

The location was perfect in the centre of Seville, a minute’s walk from the cathedral. The apartment was definitely roomy enough for two people with a living room, separate kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We were in apartment 3, light green/aqua curtains, on the 2nd floor. It was great for an afternoon siesta and then a drink on the rooftop terrace with a gorgeous view of the cathedral. The terrace area has a shower which would be very welcome in the very hot summer months. The kitchen was well enough equipped for us as we only had breakfast there and mainly ate out. A few coffee pods and washing up liquid/cloths left for us was useful. Communication with the property before we arrived was really helpful as they sent several photos of the outside of the building and key box with instructions. We didn’t need to meet with the host and managed to find the property and gain access via these instructions late at night.

The only minor comment would be the sofa bed, which we didn’t use, was not that comfy to sit on as a couch. Upgrading this might be an idea. It is also very central so expect some noise late at night and early morning (seemed to be bin emptying and a bit of building work on the street outside). it didn’t impact us as we expected it. Earplugs would help if a light sleeper.

Great location for cathedral, bars, restaurants, shops and to explore the city on foot

Superb location, with several good bars on the doorstep, cathedral a few minutes walk away and many more bars restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Nice spacious modern bathroom with good size shower. Plenty of hot water. Sufficient towels and soap/shower gel. Good air con in living room and bedroom. Smart TV. Modern furniture. Clean apart from dusty skirting boards.

No shelf in bathroom, so nowhere to rest toiletries, hairbrush etc while getting ready. Apart from modern bathroom and furniture the building was a bit tired and dated. The only thing that really concerned me was there was no means of contacting anyone after 9:30pm if you have a problem. I asked for an out of hours contact number when I was greeted and was told there was not one. So if you accidentally lock yourself out or there is a problem with the electrics or the plumbing or water supply in the night for example (which can happen!) you are on your own until next morning. Otherwise very pleasant stay.
